The Diploma in Business Administration Programme is designed to provide students with a sound knowledge of cost and financial accounting, Personnel management, International relations and business statistics which will enable them to appreciate the different types of business organizations as well as the critical functions within different types of modern business. Practical situations are highlighted through industry-based real case studies, video presentations, group discussions, multiple-choice tests and practical assignments in order to allow students to appreciate different business settings and identify the importance of business plans, marketing plans, financial plans and critical planning and innovative management techniques.

Upon completing the Diploma in Business Administration programme, the students will substantially improve their knowledge of the national and global markets, financial accounting and business communication and public speaking skills. The programme will improve significantly their listening skills, oral and written skills, leadership skills and teamwork skills. It will also help them to realize the significance of better international relations.

It also prepares students to write persuasive resumes to get job interviews, cover letters that sell in the job markets, and the understanding of the employment process and equips them to face job interviews successfully.

The diploma programme prepares the students to work at the supervisory level positions in various organizations as advertisers, sales and marketing executives and other related business fields.

Admission Requirements:

• The entry requirements are a high school diploma or the equivalent or 5GCSEs or 5 1GCSEs or 5GCEs (or) London American City College’s Certificate in Business Administration (60 semester hours) or other qualifications of similar academic level/standard.
• The Diploma in Business Administration is assessed by a final examination & continuous assessment in each subject by the qualified faculties of the London American University College.
• Diplomas will also be offered in Marketing, Human Resource Management, Banking, Finance and Accounting, Information Technology, Travel and Tourism and Hospitality Management.
